In need of some ideas for your workout routine? If you are stuck in a rut or are needing to switch it up with some new workout routines my daily workouts will give you some great ideas to help get your groove back!
My Daily Workouts consist of a type of training referred to as split training. Split training is a weight training routine that divides training sessions by body regions in which specific muscle groups are trained on specific days of the week or at predetermined intervals. This can be done in a variety of ways and there is no right or wrong way. Some people choose to split their routine by upper and lower body. For example, lower body workouts would target the quad and hamstring muscle groups, whereas upper body would be focused on muscle groups targeting the arms, chest, and back.
Others choose to target a different muscle group on each training day. That style of split training would look something like this- Monday: back, Tuesday: arms, Wednesday: quads, etc. Rest days could be worked in throughout the week depending on your own specific goals!
You will find a variety of split training routines in my daily workouts. You can either follow the daily routines in the order they are posted or you can pick and choose as you like!
